Project Valuation: $2.6 million

Sherbrooke Condominium Association is a 19 building multifamily project in Hollywood Florida.

CAT5 was called into mitigate the property after hurricane irma shredded nearly all of the asphalt roofing
systems on site. This property was affected by two tropical storms and needed serviced for over 8 months while the clients public adjuster negotiated their claim settlement. Our commercial managers monitored the buildings twice weekly in order to be sure the temporary roofing was in place and providing effective protection.

Of the 19 buildings over 80% of the 74,000 sf of roofing needed to be mitigated. Our team responded, assessed, documented, and effectively installed the temporary roofing systems on the community in under 3 weeks time.

Once the claim was settled by the communities public adjuster, CAT5 removed and reinstalled the roofing systems on nearly all of the buildings. A sparing few were re-roofed prior to the hurricane and spot repairs were sufficient.
