Millennium Cove Condominium Association is a 32 building multifamily project in Orlando Florida.
CAT5 was called into mitigate the property after hurricane irma shredded all of the asphalt roofing systems on site. This property was affected by numerous tropical storms and needed serviced for over 9 months while the clients public adjuster negotiated their claim settlement. Our commercial managers monitored the buildings twice weekly in order to be sure the temporary roofing was in place and providing effective protection.
Of the 32 buildings over 65% of the 130,000 sf of roofing needed to be mitigated. Our team responded, assessed, documented, and effectively installed the temporary roofing systems on the community in under 4 weeks time.
Once the claim was settled by the clients public adjuster, CAT5 removed and reinstalled the roofing systems on nearly all of the buildings. This project was completed included re-decking over 25% of it in under 3 months time.
